Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• In original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

• Email us at returns@iranstrong.com
• Include your order number and reason for return
• We'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders)
• Ship the item back within 7 days

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us and we'll help you exchange for the right fit. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately at info@iranstrong.com with photos, and we'll send a replacement right away.
